Job Summary
Product Manager to own and evolve digital propositions and technology platforms (MyEden, HubSpot, Heartcore, DocuSign, Xero, Workable, M365). Drive product roadmap, collaborate with tech teams to deliver platform improvements, manage integrations, licensing, and vendor relationships. Lead workshops to analyze problems, define business value, prioritize backlog (epics, features, defects, technical debt), ensure well-structured requirements and acceptance criteria, chair Agile meetings, oversee deployments, and monitor KPIs. Stay informed on emerging technologies to improve product offerings and user experience. Requirements include product manager/business analyst experience, Bachelor's degree, knowledge of Agile, experience with BDD methods, translating technical constraints into understandable requirements, strong stakeholder relationships, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Product Manager / Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Experience of requirements capture using Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) methods
- Experience translating technical systems into understandable requirements
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
