Job Summary
Lead strategy, development, and execution of UX, UI design, and Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives across digital platforms. Define the overall product design vision to ensure an intuitive user experience aligned with business objectives. Drive data-driven decision-making through user research, A/B testing, and analysis of user behavior metrics. Oversee the end-to-end design process from conceptualization and wireframing to final UI specifications. Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering teams, and marketing stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions that enhance user journeys. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to engagement and conversion rates to continuously optimize performance. This full-time role starts October 1, 2026, at the Hamburg headquarters within an international team shaping customer perception for a luxury brand.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in UX/UI design, product design, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) within a fast-paced digital or e-commerce environment
- demonstrated expertise with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and experience with A/B testing platforms and web analytics tools
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable design and optimization strategies
- excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Engineers, and Marketing stakeholders
- a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, usability best practices, and various conversion optimization methodologies
- a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- A compelling portfolio showcasing successful design and CRO projects with measurable impact
