Job Summary
Product Manager, E-Commerce for Tools & Outdoor leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing enhancement. Serve as both strategic Product Manager and hands-on Product Owner, driving product vision and roadmap, facilitating agile ceremonies, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and partner teams. Define detailed product requirements and user stories for features and platform enhancements (SFCC, Shopify), prioritize backlog, and communicate rollout plans to stakeholders. Own market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and inform decisions; measure success with KPIs and data-driven insights; oversee QA/UAT, and stay current with e-commerce trends to maintain competitive advantage. The role emphasizes leading agile practices, aligning business strategy with delivery, and empowering a high-performing team to deliver high-impact digital experiences for global brands including DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, and more. The position is remote within the United States and does not sponsor visa eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Some leadership experience
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and agile product management (SFCC, Shopify)
- Ability to work remotely within the United States
- Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience as Scrum Product Owner or in agile ceremonies
- Proven ability to define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience driving end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Data-driven decision making and KPI analysis
- Stakeholder engagement and backlog prioritization
