Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, drive successful delivery of software projects, manage task prioritization and planning, monitor timelines and budgets, identify and mitigate risks, and contribute to the software engineering strategy. Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning while supporting professional growth and career development for team members. Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of industry experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry
- 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Strong programming and debugging skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
