Job Summary
As one of Decagon's first PMs for the Duet product, own the roadmap from discovery to delivery, spend meaningful time with customers to understand how they use Duet, and collaborate with engineering and research to ship and validate quickly. Define evaluation criteria for AI output quality, translate capabilities into proof points for CX and technical buyers during customer calls and demos, and establish metrics to measure adoption and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management at AI, developer tooling, or enterprise software teams, strong technical literacy to discuss agent traces and model behavior, excellent written communication, customer-discovery skills, and a proven ability to ship AI-powered features or work with LLMs in a product context. Bonus points for CS/Engineering/Math background, startup experience, prototypes/0-to-1 products, and prior experience with AI-powered features.
Required Qualifications
