Job Summary
Own end-to-end product delivery from problem ideation through launch and post-delivery outcomes. Articulate features feeding the roadmap, assess business needs, and make strategic tradeoff decisions to choose solutions with the best ROI. Establish schedules, guidelines, and procedures while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria. Manage projects from concept to delivery, working cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure successful product rollout. Communicate vision to all business levels, measure success criteria, and socialize results to key stakeholders. Lead initiatives with significant ambiguity and risk in a fast-paced environment requiring continuous improvement and strong stakeholder influence.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Product Management or other relevant experience
- 6+ years of experience in any combination of business operations, Product Management, or Business Analysis roles
- Bachelors degree in business or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives with significant ambiguity, risk, or organizational impact
- Evidence of strong stakeholder trust, influence, and delivery accountability
- Experience guiding others through complex problem-solving and delivery work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management
