Product Manager, Double Order

Job Summary
Own vision and strategy for Double Order by defining and executing the end-to-end roadmap and OKRs from early discovery through to a scaled, sustainable product. Balance complex marketplace dynamics by solving for customer value and business growth alongside economics and logistics required for multi-order journeys. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, Logistics, Finance, and Market teams to ship, learn, and iterate at pace. Combine data with strong judgement to lead experiment-driven development, navigating incomplete information and deciding when to optimise or rethink approaches. Align senior stakeholders by communicating strategy, trade-offs, and key learnings to build organisation-level conviction in the domain's direction.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated product ownership
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes for consumer-facing products operating at scale
- Broad domain experience
- Breadth across multiple stages of the customer journey (e.g. checkout, discovery, pricing, retention)
- Ability to connect strategic dots across complex systems
- Navigating ambiguity and trade-offs
- Experience taking ownership of high-stakes, ambiguous problems
- Balancing competing business priorities within a marketplace, platform, or low-margin environment
- Analytical and commercial rigour
- Strong quantitative skills
