Job Summary
Own and drive the vision and roadmap for Cast & Crew's Document Management Platform, guiding the end-to-end discovery, design, and execution of a next-generation system. Define architecture for ingestion, storage, retrieval, versioning, access control, and retention at scale; translate insights from current document workflows into a smarter, more intuitive platform; collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Architecture to deliver platform-level capabilities including indexing, intelligent search, metadata standards, and APIs. Work with Payroll Operations, Legal, and Compliance to satisfy regulatory requirements, including audit trails and records retention. Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering, champion continuous improvement using data and user feedback, and present strategy and results to leadership. Explore AI/ML opportunities such as intelligent document processing and semantic search to create real user value while thriving in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- experience owning complex, foundational platform products
- domain familiarity with document management, content services, or records management
- strong technical fluency with APIs, storage systems, and data models
- understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to document retention and audit logging
- experience writing clear product requirements in an agile environment
- excellent communication and storytelling skills
- interest in AI/ML capabilities for document processing and semantic search
