Product Manager - Dividends

Job Summary
Product Manager for the Dividends portfolio at Sprintax (a CluneTech unit) responsible for defining product strategy, roadmap, and pricing across multiple dividend-related product lines (including cross-border dividend withholding tax reclaim, intermediary platform, and a greenfield product). You’ll lead initiative framing, stakeholder alignment, and quarterly planning with a delivery team (Technical Lead, Product Owner, UX designer, QAs, developers), mentor the Product Owner, partner with engineering on feasibility, and coordinate go-to-market activities with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. The role requires user-driven discovery to validate demand, build evidence of willingness to pay, and ownership of pricing/packaging strategy, with experience in B2B SaaS/fintech and familiarity with AI tools. Remote/hybrid work is supported from Varna, Bulgaria.
