Product Manager - Dividends

Job Summary
Own and drive the Dividends product portfolio including cross-border dividend withholding tax reclaim, an intermediary platform, and a greenfield product in development with a strategic customer partner. Define product strategy, validate market opportunities, and frame initiatives for a dedicated delivery team comprising a Technical Lead, Product Owner, UX designer, QAs, and developers. Support the development of a Product Owner and establish effective working patterns between product management and delivery. Report to the Chief Product Officer with autonomy in a small, fast-moving team. Build and communicate product strategy, facilitate requirements sessions, engage with customers to identify pain points and willingness to pay, drive quarterly planning, maintain a shared roadmap, mentor the Product Owner, coordinate go-to-market with sales/marketing/ops, build competitive intelligence, and own pricing/packaging in collaboration with sales/finance. Preferred: tax, financial services, or compliance domain knowledge; experience coaching junior product team members; experience working with engineering teams on complex products.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Demonstrated experience taking products from early stage through growth
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience with customer discovery and market validation techniques
- Comfortable writing concise initiative briefs and facilitating collaborative requirements sessions
- Ability to operate across strategic and tactical levels
- Strong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities across multiple product lines
- Familiarity with AI tools and an openness to applying them in product management workflows
