Job Summary
Senior Product Manager / Director, User Growth responsible for driving user growth and engagement by delivering campaign features and diversified channel strategies (SEO, ASO, affiliate, referral, and paid channels). Lead development of ToC growth activities and consumer task products, enhance ToB platform and data analytics to improve internal operations, and collaborate with Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, Referral, Trading, and Listing teams to create growth across global markets. Develop and execute channel growth strategies, analyze growth activities and metrics, and build product features that amplify channel performance at scale. Maintain awareness of market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy and ensure competitiveness. Requires 3+ years of growth/product experience and strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with a bias toward data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of expertise in growth activity, mega sale, personal task, loyalty system, and platform products with a proven track record of driving growth through innovative product solutions
- decent understanding of data analysis, user research, and campaign performance metrics
- exceptional communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects
- ability to deliver large-scale projects and navigate cross-team dependencies in a dynamic organization
