Product Manager – Digital Twin

Job Summary
Product Manager for an operational Geospatial Digital Twin program responsible for defining, delivering, and evolving a large-scale digital twin platform that integrates geospatial data, real-time IoT/SCADA feeds, asset information, and enterprise systems. Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; translate business needs into prioritized backlogs; manage end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to production rollout and post-implementation support. Collaborate with GIS and software teams to ensure a unified data/solution architecture, oversee PoCs and transition to a production-grade environment, drive stakeholder engagement across client entities, define success metrics and KPIs, and lead training and adoption activities to embed the twin into business processes. Requirements include a technology or GIS-related degree, substantial product management experience delivering digital/geospatial infrastructure solutions, strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS and systems integration (APIs, ESB/iPaaS, data architectures), and outstanding communication skills; English proficiency is essential, with Arabic a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in technology, engineering, GIS, business information systems, or related discipline
- Strong experience as a Product Manager delivering large-scale digital/geospatial solutions
- Familiarity with geospatial platforms (Esri ArcGIS) and their role within integrated solutions
- Experience integrating GIS with enterprise/operational systems (ERP, BIM, SCADA/IoT, EAMS)
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, ESB/iPaaS, and event-driven architectures
- Experience leading multidisciplinary, multinational teams across time zones
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and documentation skills
- Fluency in English
