Job Summary
Product Manager for digital self-service, claims, and telematics experiences at Aviva Canada. Own customer-facing journeys end-to-end, from concept to working prototypes and rapid experiments using AI tools, shipping features with high ownership and autonomy. Lead product strategy and roadmaps across self-service, claims, or telematics, collaborating with engineering, design, and data partners to improve customer engagement, retention, and digital adoption. Focus on reducing effort and accelerating delivery through AI-enabled workflows and fast iteration across live, high-volume journeys. Expect to prototype flows with GenAI, run rapid A/B tests, analyze drop-offs, and push improvements that move customer and business outcomes. Stand-out contributions include experience on customer account, claims, or post-purchase journeys, experimentation or engagement mechanics, and data-driven product work. Deliverables and success are measured by simpler, faster digital self-service and continuously improving claims journeys through AI-enabled ways of working.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building or managing products in self-service, claims, or telematics journeys
- Hands-on product delivery with shipping ownership
- Ability to work with AI-native tools to accelerate product delivery
- Strong product judgment and prioritization of impact over completeness
- Experience with experimentation, behavioural nudges, or engagement mechanics
- Experience in mobile, telematics, or data-driven products
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver
