Job Summary

Own the digital product strategy for online insurance distribution and servicing, translating business goals into a clear product roadmap aligned with growth, efficiency, and customer experience objectives. Identify opportunities to expand digital channels (aggregators, direct-to-consumer, embedded insurance), drive improvements in quote-to-bind journeys with a focus on conversion rate optimization, and optimize funnels across web, mobile, and partner ecosystems. Lead experimentation (A/B testing) to improve acquisition, design scalable self-service capabilities (policy management, claims initiation, endorsements, renewals), and reduce cost-to-serve through automation and intelligent workflows. Enhance customer experience through seamless omnichannel journeys, define and track KPIs across the product lifecycle, leverage data to prioritize backlog, and embed personalization, pricing insights, and predictive models in collaboration with data science. Own the product backlog and work with engineering in agile delivery, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring timely high-quality feature delivery, and aligning with underwriting, distribution, marketing, operations, and compliance. Ensure regulatory compliance across markets and collaborate with risk teams to embed controls in digital processes. Build and lead a high-performing team of digital product managers.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of product management experience, ideally within insurance, fintech, or digital platforms
  • Strong experience in digital acquisition funnels and/or high-volume transactional products
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products at scale
  • Deep understanding of digital distribution models (aggregators, direct, embedded)
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decisions
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of policy lifecycle (quote, bind, service, claims, renewals)
  • Familiarity with pricing, underwriting, and regulatory constraints
  • Able to travel up to 30%
