Job Summary
Senior Product Owner / Product Manager leading Digital Asset Management (DAM) strategy and execution for enterprise-scale initiatives. Owns end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through pilot, rollout, and continuous optimization, establishing product vision with OKRs/KPIs, and driving adoption through governance, data practices, and stakeholder engagement. Leads modernization efforts leveraging automation, AI/ML, analytics, and workflow optimization to accelerate time-to-market while ensuring auditability and compliance in regulated financial services environments. Builds strong client and partner relationships, translates client needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications, defines metadata taxonomies and governance models, and collaborates with development teams to prioritize backlogs, manage dependencies, and drive measurable business outcomes. Strong emphasis on change management, training, and enablement for content creators and stakeholders; experience with APIs, system architecture, and Adobe AEM/DAM platforms is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years serving as a Product Owner in enterprise environments
- at least 5+ years of experience owning or leading Adobe AEM or DAM platforms
- Proven track record in product strategy, roadmaps, and delivering measurable business outcomes through complex digital initiatives
- Deep expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems including metadata management, taxonomy design, workflow automation, rights management, and governance
- Strong change management background with stakeholder engagement, training design, adoption strategies, and organizational transformation
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical audiences
- Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
- Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and prioritized development roadmaps
- Strategic vision with the ability to define long-term direction while delivering iterative value
- Stakeholder management with executive presence and cross-functional leadership
- Technical acumen including APIs, integration patterns, and system architecture discussions
- Change leadership as an empathetic educator and adoption champion
- Strongly preferred: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise, particularly AEM Cloud Service, headless CMS, AEM Assets (DAM), and content architecture
