Job Summary
The Product Manager will own and manage the product backlog for one or more Arc Suite products, partner with engineering and design to define requirements and drive sprint execution, contribute to product strategy and roadmap development, and act as a voice of the customer by incorporating feedback into product decisions. Responsibilities include balancing regulatory requirements with customer needs, collaborating cross-functionally for product launches, analyzing product performance, and communicating product plans to stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of relevant B2B SaaS product management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management or a closely related role
- Experience owning product requirements and working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into executable work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile development tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, investment management, regulatory technology, or adjacent domains preferred
- Product management certification is a plus
- Understanding of AI-enabled product capabilities, or strong interest in building products in an AI-forward environment
