Job Summary
Product Manager for Detergent Enzymes responsible for translating strategy into tactical work plans, developing and maintaining the product roadmap, managing the product portfolio (pricing and roadmaps), coordinating product launches with regional managers and supply-chain teams, and evaluating new business opportunities through market data analysis. Requires 3-5 years in product management within home care/I&I, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and fluency in English. Located in Germany with possible mobile/remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an academic degree in science, engineering, business or marketing
- Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product management or comparable experience in the home care and I&I industries
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Ability to present professionally
- Interpersonal and collaboration skills across a matrix organisation
- Planning and organisation skills for multiple projects/priorities
- Self-starter with proactive, results-oriented approach
