Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Figma's Design Tools within the multiproduct suite; own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch while balancing design excellence, technical feasibility, and business impact; collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Product Leadership on strategy and execution; prioritize opportunities based on user insights, data, and business objectives, adapting to evolving needs; apply emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs) to meaningfully improve user experience and outcomes; 6+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager and track record of shipping high-quality software across mobile and desktop platforms; roles are full-time and can be held from US hubs or remotely in the United States.
