Job Summary
Product Manager, Revenue Cycle for DaVita IKC leads end-to-end product lifecycle for revenue cycle initiatives. Defines strategy and roadmaps, translates business needs into clear product specifications, and partners with revenue cycle operations, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build and deploy compliant, reliable solutions. Responsible for prioritizing high-impact use cases using data and customer insights, communicating product vision to executives, and measuring success with OKRs. Manages vendor relationships and SLAs, stays aware of competitive landscape in value-based care, and ensures high-quality billing processes across DaVita’s kidney care platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Product Management: 5+ years of experience
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle products preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of chronic disease management and risk adjustment a plus
