Job Summary
Product Manager - Data Products owns end-to-end outcomes for Otter’s data products used to help restaurants understand, predict, and improve performance. You’ll translate operator problems into actionable products that turn multi-channel data into clear insights; partner with platform, data, and finance teams to improve data freshness, accuracy, and definitions; design for action by prioritizing use cases that prevent revenue loss and drive operational improvements; build modular capabilities to scale quickly; collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, and Customer teams to ship iteratively and measure adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, data SLAs, and revenue impact; define success metrics and own outcomes beyond the roadmap; contribute to data quality/governance, BI/visualization, and multi-location enterprise support. This in-office Seattle role requires strong cross-functional leadership, data fluency, and the ability to ship insight-to-action products that deliver measurable business results.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management (or equivalent) with data/analytics, platform, or operational tooling
- Demonstrated ability to ship insight-to-action products (dashboards, alerts, workflows, or similar) that delivered measurable business results
- Data fluency: SQL, metrics design, and experiment/impact analysis; ability to partner with data science and engineering
- Strong product judgment & UX instincts; ability to design for busy operators
- Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, GTM, and customer-facing teams; excellent written and verbal communication
