Job Summary
Product Manager, Data Management leading end-to-end lifecycle for enterprise data tooling. Develops product strategy and vision, manages discovery and market research, maintains backlog aligned to roadmap, and tracks key metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability). Drives cross-functional collaboration, change management, and release management; ensures adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Focus on data modeling tooling, metadata management, data governance, and knowledge graph technologies; stay informed on industry trends and emerging data architecture technologies. Strong technical background with AWS, Big Data, Snowflake, SQL; familiarity with Jira and Agile; deep experience in data modeling concepts and semantic modeling.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain
- Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
- Ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities (discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, value management)
- Experience with operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong ability to drive cross-functional teams to build solutions and execute go-live plans
- Experience in product/platform-wide release management and deployment strategies; ability to build solutions from the ground up
- Strong technical background with experience in AWS, Big Data, Snowflake and SQL; familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodologies
- Foundational understanding of data modeling concepts (conceptual, logical, physical)
- Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement processes
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of data ontology standards (e.g., RDF, OWL) and semantic modeling
