Job Summary

Analyze Voice of Customer data, competitor products, and emerging trends to define the Data Center Infrastructure Solutions roadmap and requirements. Consolidate market intelligence by interfacing with Sales and Solution Architects, then collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology and coordinate integrations with other hardware and software solutions. Define product evaluation programs, perform patent reviews, and create technical documentation including brochures, manuals, and white papers. Support Solution architects with proposals, conduct on-site critical customer consultations, and provide training. This role focuses on manufactured units for power, distribution, cooling, and white space infrastructure, requiring a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in data center design or maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
  • 5+ years relevant industry experience
  • Experience in Data center design, build, commissioning or maintenance
  • Technical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions
  • Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs and value propositions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications
  • Informative knowledge about CAD, BIM and CFD tools
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Propensity for innovation
  • Effectively communicates technical information and complex ideas to technically diverse audiences
  • 10% travel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • No sponsorship for work authorization

Desired Qualifications
