Job Summary
Lead product strategy, planning, development, and growth hack initiatives for PointClub, myRakuten, group membership functions, and new products within the Customer Strategy Department. Manage product KPIs, marketing, and user experience while directing development and executing project management for ecosystem enhancements. Plan strategies based on ecosystem experience, drive new function planning, and oversee product direction using data analysis and hypothesis testing. Requires logical thinking, issue-solving, and cross-functional leadership in agile environments. Experience with web standards, usability, and server-side programming is essential.
