Job Summary
Provide the guiding vision, implementation, and utilization of Insperity's Enterprise CRM system while acting as a business leader of the product. Lead product line strategy, define roadmaps, and identify business opportunities by translating Business Unit needs into application functionality. Build functional specifications, develop User Acceptance Test Plans, and manage releases to ensure project teams meet schedules and satisfy customer requirements. Refine the backlog, adjust priorities, and evaluate product performance. Represent Business Units in high-level technical design and lead post-implementation support from functional and training perspectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Three to five years Enterprise CRM technology implementation experience
