Job Summary
Own the credit card acquisition funnel end-to-end, driving growth through data-led funnel optimization, SEO/AEO initiatives, and rigorous experimentation. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Credit, Marketing, and Compliance to ship new experiences that strengthen the acquisition funnel while launching differentiated product terms and innovative user experiences. Embed with cross-functional teams to move fast from idea to shipped feature, taking ownership of results at every step. Expand impact by managing high-priority initiatives across the Card business beyond growth, including customer management and emerging priorities. Work within a virtual-first team across 14 countries, 12 time zones, with a focus on building a new credit system that backs the working.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years product management or management consulting/investment banking
- Bachelor's degree (or greater) in an analytical or technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Economics)
- Strong analytical abilities
- Comfortable defining and measuring goals consistently
- Must know SQL
- Strong customer empathy
- Experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
- A get-it-done mindset
- Resourceful
- Happy to be hands on and in the weeds
