Job Summary

Lead range direction and strategy for the Tokyo Originals product category; manage end-to-end product creation process across cross-functional teams; analyze business, prepare ranges and GTM plans, and present ranges to stakeholders. Proactively propose strategy for the range, ensure speed-to-market, collaborate with Product Design, Operations/Development, and cross-location teams (Japan, Korea, Global units), and support day-to-day operational tasks as part of the satellite creation team. Demonstrate strong knowledge of product information systems, interlinking functions, and timelines; possess strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Japanese. Travel as required by the business and maintain relationships with diverse teams to enable efficient product creation and successful GTM execution.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in marketing, business, textile or fashion
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Product Marketing experience with APP, FTW and ACC background
  • Experience in trade, vertical retail business model or sales is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken) is required
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required by the business
  • Deep passion for sports, fashion, art, music, and sneaker culture
