Job Summary
Product Line Manager for CPO Engines responsible for defining strategy and roadmap for the TeraPHY optical chiplet family; author PRDs to guide engineering and manufacturing execution; develop high-quality technical collateral (white papers, datasheets, application notes) for customers and partners; track market evolution in AI clusters, networking fabrics, and disaggregated memory to shape the I/O chiplet roadmap; lead lifecycle governance through the PLC gate process and collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Operations to ensure manufacturing readiness; engage with Tier 1 CSPs, xPU architects, and networking OEMs on laser reliability and deployment; minimum 5+ years PM in semiconductors; BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering; preferred MBA and experience with Chiplets, I/O Die, and silicon photonics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management in the semiconductor industry
- Familiarity with Silicon Photonics, advanced packaging, UCIe, and high-speed SerDes/Signaling.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
