Job Summary
Define the vision and roadmap for Profound's AI-native CMS and own end-to-end content workflows from creation to live release. Collaborate with customers to understand content processes, translate insights into product decisions, and partner with engineering and design to ship a CMS that sets a new standard for AI-assisted tooling. You’ll engage with customers daily for discovery and feedback, leverage strong product fundamentals to go from zero to one on new surfaces, and help an on-site NYC or SF team move quickly and impactfully. Requirements include 5+ years building software products (startup/fast-moving environment) and deep understanding of content creation, review, approval, and publishing at scale. Experience with agentic/AI-assisted workflows and prior founder/zero-to-one product experience are a plus, with the role rooted in an on-site US-based NYC or SF office.
