Job Summary
Define the vision and multi-year roadmap for foundational content finance products supporting accounting, reporting, and compliance needs. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology leaders to dissect workflows, evaluate technology options, and deliver scalable GenAI-powered solutions that balance flexibility, cost, and control. Lead cross-functional teams to translate complex finance requirements into seamless products while driving adoption and change management across global stakeholders. Represent Content Finance at senior forums to ensure alignment with executives on priorities and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of shipping complex enterprise or financial systems at scale
- Deep familiarity with finance, accounting, or reporting workflows (e.g., planning, forecasting, ledger/subledger, or compliance-related systems)
- Experience evaluating and integrating enterprise financial platforms (ERP, FP&A, reporting, or related)
- Strong ability to navigate build vs. buy decisions, vendor selection, and system integrations
- Experience delivering solutions that serve diverse global teams and scale across multiple regions
- Judgment on when GenAI improves speed or accuracy in financial workflows versus when human review is required, and comfort directing AI-powered product capabilities
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders (up to VP+ level) and driving alignment across multiple business domains
- Experience mentoring other product managers and elevating team-wide product practices
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, with experience authoring strategy memos, executive updates, and roadmaps
- Comfort leading through ambiguity and delivering clarity in complex problem spaces
