Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end consumer experience research by using the platform as a real customer, analyzing support tickets, app reviews, and data to pinpoint friction points and trust gaps. Build and ship at least one consumer-facing improvement while maintaining a healthy stream of projects for launch. Articulate clear, opinionated product roadmaps grounded in customer insights and partner needs, sequencing priorities against the broader product strategy. Drive team alignment by breaking ambiguous problems into incremental milestones and removing blockers without introducing unnecessary process. Leverage AI-assisted tools like Claude and Cursor to prototype, iterate, and ship solutions that balance customer impact, business value, and engineering effort across diverse partner programs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products
- Communicates with clarity. Can explain complex tradeoffs to Engineering, Design, executives, and partners in a way that drives alignment.
- Strong consumer product sense, shipped something recognized as well-crafted.
- Mobile-first consumer product experience
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on prototyping with AI-assisted tools; ability to produce near-production code is a plus; knows how to pull in Engineering to go from idea to production-ready.
- Knows how to understand the data behind consumer behavior and use it to inform decisions.
- Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments
- Experience in fintech, payments, credit products, loyalty, rewards, commerce, or regulated consumer environments
- Background building products that serve diverse customer segments or underrepresented populations
- Deep analytical experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
