Product Manager - Consumer Deposits

Product Manager for consumer deposits with responsibility for the development, pricing, governance and lifecycle management of the consumer deposit product set. Partners with line of business leadership, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Technology and others to drive new product concepts, features and process improvements, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and strong governance. Oversees market research, KPI development, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis to support product strategy and portfolio performance. Ensures regulatory compliance and facilitates disclosures for product launches and changes, while collaborating across marketing, risk, compliance, operations and business leaders. Manages vendor relationships for payments and promotions, supports training and communications to sales teams, and champions cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end product solutions. Reads and interprets regulatory changes, supports change management, and maintains the Five Star Bank experience through teamwork, service, and high-performance behaviors. Requires occasional travel and a flexible hybrid work schedule.
