Job Summary
Lead product strategy for the construction technology portfolio by driving market share, profitability, and customer adoption. Serve as the primary relationship owner with manufacturer partners and key customers to lead strategic discussions and solution development. Develop and execute business plans, sales strategies, and growth initiatives while analyzing market trends and competitive activity. Build and coach Product Specialists and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and champion market leadership across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving business performance in a management or leadership role.
- Industry & Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction equipment, construction technology solutions, market trends, and customer applications.
- Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to develop and execute product strategies, business plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Customer & Relationship Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, manufacturer partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to evaluate market conditions, sales performance, inventory metrics, and competitive activity to make informed business decisions.
- Communication & Influence Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas, influence decisions, and lead strategic discussions.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
