Job Summary
Product Manager, Connectors at Glean expands the connectors library and enhances the Indexing API and custom connector capabilities. You will spend significant time with customers to understand knowledge needs, develop the product roadmap aligned with customer needs and vision, empower your team with direction, drive prioritization and execution, coordinate cross-functionally with leadership and GTM teams, and build scalable processes for rapid growth. Must be adept at SaaS product management for enterprise customers, with a strong technical background in API-first products, and be a clear, effective communicator who owns outcomes and partners well across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS (enterprise)
- experience with API-first products, integration paths, and 3rd party product partnerships
- excellent written and verbal communication
