Job Summary
Own the roadmap for core product areas from discovery through launch, translating merchant needs and data into prioritized requirements for engineering and design. Set priorities, define success metrics, and manage the full lifecycle while coordinating with Compliance, Support, and Sales to ensure rollouts are compliant and well-communicated. Partner closely with the CPO and engineering leads on roadmap alignment, maintaining regular touchpoints with Sales to integrate merchant feedback into prioritization. Analyze product and transaction data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. This role sits within a 60-person global team operating in a regulated environment, focusing on safely shipping payment infrastructure solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of product management experience
- ideally in payments, fintech, or crypto
- Track record shipping complex, technical products in close partnership with engineering teams
- Strong analytical skills
- comfortable working with SQL and analytics tools to inform decisions
- Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders (CPO, engineering leads, Head of Compliance)
- translating between technical and business audiences
