Job Summary
Product Manager for MOBILedit in a Prague, Czechia setting. Own the product backlog and roadmap, shaping releases and priorities, and bridging business needs with engineering to ensure meaningful, end-user value. You’ll translate real-world needs into clear tasks for developers, keep the development on track alongside leadership, and coordinate across teams to maintain a focused product direction. The role emphasizes ownership, prioritization, and structured delivery, with direct impact on software used by law enforcement and forensic professionals. You’ll influence how features are defined and released, partnering with the Software Development Team Lead and CEO to ensure alignment and clarity in priorities and releases. Required Qualifications
- Experience with backlog management and roadmap planning
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable engineering tasks
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational skills with structured backlogs, priorities, and releases
- Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams (business, development, and technical support)
- Technical understanding of software development processes and ability to discuss technical topics with engineers
