Job Summary
Product Manager at Codekeeper responsible for translating customer needs into intuitive user experiences and aligning design decisions with product goals. Own the design process from concept to execution, translate customer needs into engaging interfaces, and assemble UI using the ShadCN design library. Collaborate with Product Manager and Creative Director to conduct research, design, and prototype new experiences. Develop user cases, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; create visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation. Requires strong UX/UI/product design experience, strategic usability focus, proficiency in Figma, experience with user research and journey mapping, data-informed decision making, strong visual design (typography, color theory, layout), English copywriting, and access to a Mac with Figma. Remote-first environment with The Hague office; startup mindset with opportunities for growth and ongoing onboarding."
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Proficient copywriting skills in English.
- Access to a Mac with Figma (or preference for this design tool)
