Job Summary
Provide portfolio leadership and vision for the Code Data product line, defining and delivering products that anticipate marketplace needs. Develop and manage roadmaps based on deep understanding of customer, market, and business requirements, while acting as the Voice of the Customer to develop new product concepts. Guide product development to ensure market and business needs are met, translating technical information into meaningful sales messaging. Coordinate with product managers, market managers, and Product Owners to ensure integration requirements are communicated and implemented, driving alignment of the portfolio within the Resuscitation business. Assist in developing business plans to grow market opportunity and analyze competitive offerings to identify differentiators. Work proactively with stakeholders to communicate global strategies and drive timely execution against established project priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering
- 3-7 years of relevant product and/or market experience
- Experience working in a geographically diverse, matrixed organization
