Product Manager - Club Target Creator Program

Own and manage the product backlog for Club Target Creator Program, translating strategy into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions; track performance against business metrics to inform prioritization; understand the creator journey from onboarding to activation and retention; communicate priorities and tradeoffs to stakeholders; contribute insights to roadmap decisions. Four-year degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years of product management experience in creator platforms or related domains are required. This role operates in a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day arrangement at Target HQ MN, with work performed onsite and virtually as needed; duties cannot be performed outside the country of the primary work location. Core responsibilities include maintaining the product backlog, translating strategy into user stories, collaborating with external vendors, and ensuring alignment to OKRs and business impact.
