Product Manager, Clinician Performance

$92,700–$185,400 year

RemoteUnited States

Full TimeSenior LevelSmall

Job Summary

Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Clinician Performance product portfolio, driving strategy for AI-powered features like personalized coaching nudges and intelligent alert triage. Develop rigorous A/B testing frameworks to prove that scorecard engagement translates to quality metric improvement across the W2 clinician network. Partner with engineering and design to ship features targeting scorecard engagement above 70% MAU and OM time-to-action under 24 hours. Coordinate across a complex stakeholder map including operations, analytics, clinical success, and executive leadership at both pod and cross-team levels. Conduct discovery with clinicians and managers to surface data gaps, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate spec writing and decision documentation. Define and track KPIs connecting product decisions to business outcomes such as clinician quality scores and documentation compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 4–7 years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex, cross-functional products from discovery through delivery
  • Background in gamified or performance-driven SaaS — you understand how to design goal-setting, progress visibility, and nudge systems that motivate without feeling patronizing to professionals who take their craft seriously
  • Comfort operating in an AI-accelerated environment — you've used AI tools in your product work, and you're excited to build products where AI is a core capability, not a feature add-on
  • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments — you can write a hypothesis, define primary and guardrail metrics, size a test appropriately, and interpret results without leaning on a data scientist to tell you what they mean
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and stakeholder complexity — this role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, technology, and data, and requires strong instincts for when to push, when to align, and when to ship
  • Strong data orientation: you define metrics before you build, you know how to design an experiment, and you can tell the story of value from discovery through outcome
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you can write a crisp one-pager, a spec that engineers trust, and an executive summary that drives a decision
  • Healthcare experience is welcome but not required; what matters is the ability to earn trust quickly with expert users who rely on your product data to manage their livelihoods

Desired Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience
