Job Summary
Product Manager, Clinical & Scientific at Medzown owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for clinical workflow capabilities in the Navzown Navigator platform. Responsibilities include translating complex clinical and scientific needs into scalable product solutions, defining and tracking success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), partnering with clinical stakeholders (navigators, oncologists, genetic counselors, researchers), leading discovery sessions and user interviews, translating insights into clear requirements and user stories, and collaborating across Engineering, Design, Clinical Ops, and Client Success to drive feature delivery and platform readiness. The role emphasizes workflow automation, lean/process improvement, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on healthcare and health-tech SaaS domains and a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years PM experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years in healthcare, clinical informatics, or health-tech SaaS
- Experience owning full product lifecycle for workflow-driven products
- Strong collaboration with clinicians/scientists
- Proven analytical and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency with Jira
- Bachelor’s degree (Health Informatics, Life Sciences, CS, Business, or related)
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in precision medicine, oncology, or clinical trial platforms; Familiarity with health plans, payer-provider models, or stop-loss insurance; Startup or high-growth health-tech experience; Agile/Lean experience; PMP, CSPO, or similar certification; Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS Health Informatics, or clinical credential)
