Job Summary
Define Claude Tag's core interactions on new collaboration surfaces, tailoring the interaction model to fit each platform. Own the strategy and roadmap for expanding the product beyond Slack, including designing delightful onboarding experiences. Manage external partnerships from initial conversations through shipped integrations, while driving adoption from design partners to scaled rollouts at large companies. Present product strategy to executives and collaborate with engineers to debug permissions or model behavior issues. Work closely with early adopters to inform product evolution and build relationships with top customers.
Required Qualifications
- Have a combined 8+ years in product management, or equivalent experience driving product direction
- Have shipped platform integrations or ecosystem products, and owned the partner relationship
- Have strong instincts for multiplayer and collaborative product design, where the experience is shared and public rather than private
- Have a strong grasp of model capabilities and work fluently with engineering teams on technical products
- Are energized by ambiguity and bring structure to it rather than waiting for it
- Have a creative, hacker spirit and love solving puzzles
- San Francisco and Seattle only
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
- Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time
- Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
