Job Summary
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Citian's product suite, partnering with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver features leveraging automation and AI. Develop intuitive user experiences that reduce manual effort while collaborating with go-to-market teams to drive successful launches and adoption. Establish clear success metrics to track engagement, conversion, and time saved, working closely with existing clients to validate solutions against their pain points. Requires 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or GovTech, with a data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional influence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or GovTech
- Strong understanding of user workflows and building for non-technical users at scale
- Ability to translate complex problems or client requirements into simple solutions
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with our engineering and product teams and influence without authority
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with state and local governments and/or public sector transportation
