Product Manager

Drive the product roadmap, setting direction rather than following it, and own product performance metrics from reviews to decision-making data. Build and pitch business cases for change to secure prioritization while managing stakeholder relationships across Legal, Risk, Growth, IT, and Senior Leadership. Ensure full compliance and governance for all shipped products. This role reports to the Head of Product and Pricing within a team of product managers and actuaries, focusing on challenging rigid insurance product norms and shaping the business roadmap from first idea through launch.
