Job Summary
Own a defined product area by synthesizing customer, stakeholder, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to roadmap development by translating high-level goals into scoped objectives and requirements while building business cases for prioritized initiatives. Partner closely with Engineering and Design to estimate scope, manage sprints using Agile methodologies, and mitigate risks associated with sequencing decisions. Lead cross-functional meetings to align on priorities and communicate project status, proactively flagging deviations with proposed solutions. Drive product launches by ensuring alignment across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Support, then analyze post-launch metrics to inform the next iteration. Travel up to 10% annually for team collaboration and customer research.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of product management experience
- Demonstrated experience owning a defined product area from discovery through delivery
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams in an Agile development environment
- Track record of building productive working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience using data and customer insights to inform prioritization decisions
- Familiarity with defining and tracking product metrics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following domains: catalog and search, e-commerce platform, supply chain or order management, customer experience, or internal business systems
- Exposure to platforms with large or more complex catalogs, configurable products, or high-SKU-count inventory
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing, hardware product development, or engineering procurement workflows
- Experience with operational tooling or business systems (e.g., ERP, CMS, CRM, PIM)
