Job Summary
Product Manager – Electronics responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of products within the assigned industry segment. Develop and execute strategic roadmaps, lead product development from ideation to launch, ensure regulatory compliance, drive commercialization, and align solutions with customer needs. Collaborate with R&D, sales, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing to assess feasibility, define scope and success criteria, and manage stage-gate processes. Manage product data, literature, certifications, labeling, and regulatory requirements across regions; oversee testing for durability and performance; translate market insights into actionable roadmap decisions and optimize timelines and costs. Design and execute field trials, support digitization of product data, and drive lifecycle decisions from introduction to sunset. Strong cross-functional leadership, market research, and analytical capabilities are required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product development and management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Experience in the global chemical industry preferred
- Experience in adhesives, sealants, and coatings for building/construction or electronic chemicals highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
