Job Summary
Product Manager for Chase's Cards Platform Accelerator: own customer journeys from sales engagement through post-launch operations, translate customer needs into requirements, collaborate with engineering/design/research/legal/compliance, shape vision with OKRs, run Agile ceremonies, navigate approvals and go-to-market activities, advocate for scalable and reusable platform thinking, and communicate progress to senior leaders. The role emphasizes customer-centric product development, API design, platform thinking, regulatory awareness, and cross-functional collaboration within a fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a product management role building SaaS platforms in B2B businesses
- Experience with platform/API products and related system design concepts
- Experience with leading customer discovery efforts to deeply understand user needs, pain points, motivations to change, and decision processes
- Domain knowledge in financial products (card issuing, lending, banking as a service, merchant acquiring)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements that banks are subjected to
- Self-starter with independent ownership
- Ability to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Hands-on involvement in day-to-day functions (testing APIs, obtaining ad hoc customer feedback)
- Ability to design and adjust ways-of-working in a new team
