Job Summary
Identify and analyze new business models and applications in the utilities sector. Develop new customer relationships and design strategies to increase lead quantity and quality. Qualify leads using predefined criteria and actively engage potential clients to assess fit. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to transfer qualified leads and report on key metrics. Provide insights to continuously improve lead generation and qualification processes. Prepare the foundation for future scaling in international markets. Requires a technical degree and extensive experience in energy systems and business development.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Energiewirtschaft, Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Produkten in Energieanlagen und Kraftwerken, bevorzugt Verbrennungsmotoren (>3 Jahre)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Business Development, Produktmanagement oder Vertrieb, idealerweise im Utilities-Sektor (>5Jahre)
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Sicheres Auftreten, Präsentationskompetenz und exzellente rhetorische Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft 20-40%
