Job Summary
Product Manager for Be The People platform responsible for shaping direction, owning the prioritized backlog, and guiding discovery through user interviews and usability sessions. Partner with engineering and design on weekly delivery cycles and implement content updates. Define success metrics and collaborate with growth analytics on measurement and experimentation. Coordinate releases and rollout across Stand Together community organizations, maintaining a healthy backlog with the Scrum Master and engineering leadership. Translate user, partner, and stakeholder needs into clear product decisions. Requires 5+ years of product management on consumer-facing platforms, strong discovery and analytics capabilities, experience with AI-enabled tools, and a startup/entrepreneurial background. Arlington, VA-based, full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of product management experience on consumer-facing platforms
- Strong discovery skills: user interviews, usability testing, and partner research
- Fluency with product analytics and experimentation
- Track record of shipping iteratively and partnering closely with engineering and design
- Strong written communication and the ability to make tradeoffs explicit
- Background in a startup, early-stage, or entrepreneurial environment
- Track record of using AI-enabled tools and practices to accelerate work
