Product Manager
$160,000–$190,000 year
On-siteSan Francisco, California, United States
Job Summary
Own a core product line from initial concept through launch, guiding foundational AI agent capabilities and the roadmap for next-generation tools. Partner directly with customers and CSMs to identify workflow automation opportunities, then translate feedback into actionable requirements for engineering and design. Build contractor-facing tools that control AI agent interactions for calls, bookings, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless integration with platforms like ServiceTitan. Drive end-to-end product execution from discovery to deployment, prioritizing based on P&L impact and long-term product health rather than immediate customer requests.
Required Qualifications
- High-agency: you bring structure to ambiguity, move without being told, and own outcomes end to end
- Strong business judgment: you get to the real need underneath a customer request and prioritize based on P&L impact, not loudest voice
- AI-first: you default to asking what's now possible, not what's been done before, and you've built agents or AI-powered workflows yourself
- Excited to work in-office five days a week to collaborate closely with the founders and the team
Desired Qualifications
- Former founder, or a PM who has operated like one: you've made calls with incomplete information, owned outcomes, and stayed close to customers throughout
- Experience at a high-growth B2B startup (Series A to C)
- Home services or field service management experience
