Product Manager – BESS & PCS (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Product Manager for BESS & PCS leads end-to-end development of STABL’s outdoor energy storage systems and proprietary power electronics. Shape market-driven product direction, translate customer insights into clear requirements, and own the full lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement. Act as the central interface between customers, the market, and internal/external stakeholders, balancing performance, cost and safety while working across HW and SW in a fast-evolving sector. Requires strong experience in product management/ownership (7+ years) in cleantech/EPC/industrial tech or related B2B fields, with 3+ years in energy storage (BESS). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and German, plus the ability to drive roadmaps, conduct market research and competitive analyses, and collaborate across functions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally in cleantech, EPC, industrial technology, electronics, or a comparable B2B environment, and 3+ years in energy storage, ideally BESS
- Strong ability to translate customer, market and business needs into clear product requirements, priorities and roadmap decisions
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in market research, competitor analysis and product positioning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact with customers, partners and internal teams
- Fluent in English & German
- A structured, proactive and ownership-driven working style; familiarity with B2B energy or infrastructure customers is a plus
